The FIFA Legends' goals were scored by Italian Andrea Pirlo (17th minute), Canadian Dwayne De Rosario (49th minute) and Frenchman Youri Djorkaeff (54th minute). Luis Hernández (23rd minute), Miguel Layun (45th minute) scored for the Legends of Mexico and in the last moment of regular time, Jorge Campos tied the game.
For the FIFA Legends, the penalties were scored by: Andrea Pirlo, Youri Djorkaeff, Didier Drogba, Xavi Hernández and Alessandro del Piero. For the Mexican Legends: Luis Hernández, Oribe Peralta, Guillermo Franco, Jared Borgetti scored and Miguel Layún missed.
The Mexican representative was led by Bora Milutinovic, while the international team was led by José Néstor Pékerman. The match was entertained by the Mexican DJ Mariana BO.
